    CHECK IN & START TIME:

    • Morning Wave : 7:30am check in. First serve by 8am

    • Afternoon Wave (if applicable): 2:30pm check in. First serve by 3pm

    DIVISIONS

    • Girls 18,17,16,15,14,13,12

    • Levels: Club and Premier

    • If needed, divisions will combine (i.e. 15s and 16s could combine under 16U)

    COST:
    Price is per team

    1 Day Tournaments

    • $250 Early Bird

    • $275 Regular

    2 Day Tournaments

    • $400 Early Bird

    • $450 Regular

    LOCATIONS
    (depending on tournament. We will let teams know locations at least a week in advance of each tournament)

    • Hurricane Storm Courts. 820 N 200 W Hurricane Utah

    • Fossil Ridge Intermediate School: 383 S Mall Drive St George UT

    RULES

    Locations: Washington Fields Intermediate School- Entrance on right side of building. Fossil Ridge-enter at the back of the school.

    • Please inform all Coaches, Players and Parents that all posted times are appropriate estimates only. Matches throughout the day may start earlier or later depending on when the previous match has concluded on their assigned court!

    • Plenty of Bleacher seating available for spectators.

    • $5 entrance fee for all guests ages 4 and older. We accept cash of Venmo ( @beachelite )

    • Restrooms are in the gym

    • 3 to 5 Team Pools. Each team guaranteed 3 matches in 4 team pool and 2 matches in 2 team pool. Start times are subject to change depending on registrations.

    • OFFICIATING - Each team will have a referee assignment. 4 players plus 1 coach needed. 2 line judges, Coach will ref. 1 book. 1 score. Coaches bring a whistle.
      Training Videos to Help you and your team

    • Snack bar and gear store will be available

    • BEACH FEST 2-Day tournament. Friday is a 6v6 beach competition at Little Valley Beach Courts. It's a King of the Beach format where winning teams move up a court and losing teams move down a court. All teams play for a time limit and at the end the team that one the most games on the top court are the winners. Day 2 is an indoor tournament.

    FORMAT (subject to change):

    • Pool play - each match is 2 games to 25 and no tiebreak (unless specified by director). Playoffs - Match play (unless specified by director)

    • Use the tournament page on volleyballife to view pools, live scoring, playoff schedules, results etc.

    • Play Offs: Top or all teams will advanced to single-elimination playoffs. Medals awarded to top finishers

    • Tournament format may be adjusted depending on amount of teams as we want all teams to get in at least 4 matches per tournament

    ADDITIONAL VENUES: Tournaments are either at Washington Fields Intermediate School or Fossil Ridge Intermediate School.

    PARKING/BATHROOM: Plenty of onsite parking. Bathrooms are in the gym

    REFUND POLICY:
    Tournaments Cancellations

    • If a drop occurs prior to a 4 weeks of the event, a refund will be issued minus a $50 non-refundable deposit

    • If a drop occurs within 4 weeks of the event, no refund will be issued

    • No refunds for early bird registrations of $225/tournament

    • no processing fee of any credit card transaction will be refunded

    Beach Fest includes an optional Friday beach tournament and mandatory Saturday indoor tournament.

    Beach Elite tournaments have a great reputation of being fun and competitive. We always have clean music playing and a friendly tournament staff to assist.
